- If you cancel your order before it is completed at our end, which is usually eight hours after you place it, you will receive a full refund, which will be credited back into your source account in three to four working days.
- In addition, we provide replacement for any components that are delivered broken or damaged. (To make things easier, we suggest creating a video showing the product being unboxed.) We will replace any part that is discovered to be broken, damaged, or to have a manufacturing defect at our own cost.
