We genuinely care about our valued clients, and we recognize that purchasing things online can be difficult. However, we can guarantee you that you will always have the option to either keep or return the chair. We aim to enhance your online furniture and chair shopping experience by providing a thorough return and replacement policy.

• If you cancel your order before it is completed at our end, which is usually eight hours after you place it, you will receive a full refund, which will be credited back into your source account in three to four working days.
• In addition, we provide replacement for any components that are delivered broken or damaged. (To make things easier, we suggest creating a video showing the product being unboxed.)We will replace any part that is discovered to be broken, damaged, or to have a manufacturing defect at our own cost.
• In the event that you are not happy with the chair and would like to return it, there will be processing and handling fees that typically amount to 25% of the order value. Kindly ensure that the chair is packed back in its original packaging so that our rider may retrieve it and return it to us in a secure manner.

Different parts of the chair are covered differently under our warranty policy since we believe every part of the chair is unique and special in its own way –

• The polyurethane foam warranty, which covers the foam used to make the seats and backrest of executive chairs, is covered for two years starting from the date the chair is delivered.
• A nine-month warranty is provided for the gas lift.
• A 12-month warranty is provided for the pedestal base and wheels.
• There is a 12-month warranty on the armrests.
• There is a nine-month warranty on the tilting mechanism; however, this does not cover damage resulting from misuse or mishaps.
• Scratches, wear, and tear from using the chair are not covered by us.
• All parts are protected under guarantee for the duration specified above, and we will replace them at no additional cost to you.
• However, the damage resulting from misuse of the chair will not be covered by us.
